Your tasks:

  • The project will cover compound design and evaluation as well as back-and-forth optimization until sufficient in vitro and in vivo results are obtained
  • Working with various diagnostic and therapeutic radionuclides, and optimizing radiolabeling approaches
  • Methods will include, but are not limited to, peptide and chemical synthesis, radiolabeling using various radionuclides, in vitro and in vivo studies (PET/SPECT/CT imaging, therapy), and data analysis.
  • Interaction and collaboration with other goups (internal and external)
  • Presentation of scientific results at meetings and conferences

Your profile:

  • Diploma or Master degree in biomedical sciences (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Medicine or similar)
  • Experience in chemical synthesis and peptide synthesis, cell-based experiments and ideally, in animal-related experiments, as well as in nuclear medicine applications
  • Ability to work independently and in interdisciplinary teams
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working, high motivation, enthusiasm, flexibility, stress resistance, commitment and reliability
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
