TA in Molecular and Cellular Physiology of human cells (m/f/x) in Planegg-Martinsried

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- To culture human iPSCs, neurons, astrocytes and OPCs in 2D;
- To perform immunofluorescent staining and image acquisition;
- To perform molecular biology: plasmids generation for transfection, library preparation for RNA seq;
- To establish new protocol for 2D human culture.
Your qualifications:
- Master degree in biology/developmental biology or related fields;
- Experience in cell culture;
- Experience with cell and molecular biological methods;
- Proficient English language skills (both written and spoken);
- Team player skills and enthusiasm to work in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative environment.
