Project Manager for ENLIGHT Joint Master's degree development

Responsibilities

• Developpement of the Joint Master's degree programme together with the responsible professors
• Coordination and conduction of the work packages
• Ensuring smooth information flow and coordination among all participating partner institutions
• Monitoring project progress, structuring individual work phases, and ensuring the timely delivery of milestones
• Contributing to the content-related and organizational development of the degree programme (cooperation agreements, regulations, and formal frameworks) in close collaboration with project partners

Requirements

• University degree (MA, PhD) in a relevant field, preferably in archaeology or related disciplines
• Experience in managing projects, ideally in establishing degree programmes or international projects
• Familiarity with academic structures, diplomatic tact, negotiation skills, and audience-appropriate communication
• Professional fluency in German and English; knowledge of Dutch and/or Swedish is an advantage
